Bread or not to bread

Well there's no mention of measuring...
That`s very true but even half a banana is capable of spiking me and as for any kind of cereals............
 
Personally I tried three types of bread and finally found the solution to leave it for good

I could not control my diabetes until I finally quit
 
The power of advertising is impressive.... you hear/see something often enough, the message will get through... very difficult to fight.

The word 'Indoctrination' immediately springs to my mind. Inbetween seeing a DN at diagnosis and discovering this forum I switched to Weetabix. Had she just told me of the simple ways we can judge if foods are likely to cause spikes or not then I would have known to avoid all breakfast cereals.
