I had one for breakfast this morning with bacon egg and mushrooms. 6.2 +1 hr, 5.4 +2 hr.I really love bread going to try the Lidl protein rolls x
Kevin I am exactly the same...fried bread is now part of my low carb breakfast bacon, tomatoes,mushrooms and yum yum fried bread, can't eat eggs due to IBS tolerance .Interesting test I've done.
White bread when used in a sandwich, raises my bg by a large amount.
However, if I have fried bread my bg only raises a small amount.
Any thoughts on this?
