Breakfast Cereals

I know you are not looking for alternative cereals but I like really good quality granola so I buy the lowest best quality carb one I can find, it still has 15 carbs per 25g so I have a greek yogurt (I prefer the Fage zero fat ones), and then a teaspoon of the granola on top. It is surprising how far such a tiny amount can fool you into thinking you have had a bowlful. This equates to less than 5 carbs (if that). x
