The hardest meal of the day at the moment seems to be breakfast for me.
I'm trying to have a low/no carb breakfast, but don't want to be a burden on my poor wife... so, are there any "magic"
foods that are very low carb, that don't require cooking?
Something quick and easy to do in the morning (especially early mornings when I have to get out)?
