Breakfast recipes

There are loads depending how much time you have. Bacon and eggs, omelettes with cheese, yogurt with berries, crustless quiche, go continental and have cold meats and boiled eggs.
 
You can still have quiche, omelette, eggs, cheese, chicken slices, mushrooms, yogurt berries seeds coconut flakes.Coffee with cream, butter, coconut oil.
 
You can have whatever diabetic friendly food you like! You don't - as you can see from the above suggestions - have to limit your eating/thinking to typical/traditional style breakfasts. If you're eating a low(er) carb diet, maybe have a look at the "What have you eaten today?" thread for ideas.

I love fish for breakfast: Craster kippers, Arbroath smokies, herring...
Also cheese.
And all kinds of things with full fat Greek yoghurt.
