Hello. I know your suppose to eat breakfast but I find when I do I feel terrible for the rest of the day, so for the last few days I have just been having decaf coffee and cream and then a early lunch, feel so much better. Does anyone else do this? And do you think it's not a good thing to do?

I do. I never eat breakfast, and like you, will replace with coffee and cream some days, other days just coffee. It's not ideal, but there is no way I could eat breakfast. It's done me no harm so far.

No I love my breakfast and it serves me well for the rest of the day, if you find you can get away with not eating until lunch-time then stick with what works for you

What about eating something you really want for breakfast - and that fits in with the type of eating you're doing? I sometimes think that breakfast can be dull but with a bit of imagination it can be very fabulous ....... and might really set you up for the day. I used to be able to skip it, but since diagnosis I've become a breakfast fan. I can't do without it now.

My husband however, NEVER eats it ........! His poor body has to cope until lunch time on one cup of tea ( and 3 sugars ......)

I guess we are all different!
