My question is has anyone had the jordans country crisp strawberry cereal out clusters  and if it has affected your sugars??  As im not really a breakfast person, I know its important to eat something so I was going to have that cereal and low fat yoghurt as I don't like milk! Lol! So if anyone has, what do you think??
