Hi I'm looking for any suggestions for a good low carb breakfast the best I can ever get my bloods to two hours after food is 7.9 I've tried loads of things the rest of my levels are good any advice please x
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, a tomato, fried, high meat content sausage, mushrooms cooked in butter. Eggs any which way. Cold meats. Full fat yogurt with 3 or 4 berries added, decaf coffee with double cream.
