What do you usually eat at breakfast? What would you recommend, any recipe for fast meal before school? I normally eat sandwiches but I feel hungry after 2h in school and I have no energy.
Everything is ok except meals which include roasted food(dont have time).
Two eggs, two bacon strips and a piece of 12 grain toast. Keeps my sugars low and my belly full. Sometimes i skip the toast and do a fruit smoothie with 70g of strawberries and 70 raspberries, 13g flax seed and 80g banana, 250ml of water.

I make up a low carb plain yougurt and mix in nuts, seeds & raspberries. Then I eat 150gm of this for breakfast each day while its still warm. otherwise its fried eggs in butter for breakfast - no bread as all bread is too high in carbs and I dont do strenuous exercise any more - too old.
I'm newly diagnosed and have had trouble changing my diet and staying full.
My nurse in the diabetes clinic said to eat a small amount of carbs at every meal so...
I found two breakfasts that work:
1 piece of wholegrain toast with 2 poached eggs. or
2 egg omelette with mushrooms, onions, and kale (cook in a little water
before adding the eggs).
For lunch I have a chicken salad sandwich with fruit.
Make fat balls to eat instead then (ask Google) - you can use various combinations of fats, e.g coconut oil, coconut butter and cream, and one should do the trick.
