Mature student, trying to be young and my body is telling me otherwise! Diabetes diagnosis has not made me a happy bunny, in fact it has made me a crabbit wee so and so.
Update: No longer in the diabetic range, thank you diabetes.co.uk and all who sail in her! Couldn't have done it without you and will do what I can to encourage others to 'see the low carb light'
Fast forward to 2019, took my eye off the ball and back to square one! Trying not to beat myself up about it but back on the low carb regime, I know it works.Interact
