Brilliant 2014 book on science of metabolism by a biochemist

I found it a delight to read, and got very little else done this afternoon :-( So it's a biochemist's exposition of how the metabolism works, and a biochemist's reaction to fallacies in medical trials, medical reasoning, and common sense (which he talks about a lot). </p><p></p><p>I really think this just about answers everything.</p></blockquote><p></p>
