I had some with out chinese takeaway treat meal Sat and they were actually delicious. Hope this still counts... to offset the other scrummy but bad for me stuff like CM and the rice... maybe the MR foo yung was ok tho... 8)
Break/chop Broccoli into bite size florettes
Heat some Sesame oil (£1 a bottle in Tesco's!)
Add a crushed/finely chopped garlic clove
Quickly stir fry the broccoli (3 mins)
Add a splosh of Dark Soy Sauce and stir fry for another 1min/1.5min
Add some sesame seeds and stir fry until they start to pop
Thanks Patch! Could be a very fine alternative to steam in the bag... even the pong from that is enough to kill my appetite.
We had the first marrow from the garden last night... a great way to avoid spuds etc, bake and pour chilli over it... cheese on top. 8)
