Have you tried Basmati rice Riri, although i am no longer taking insulin to control my T2 I find it much, much better than any other rice white or brown. I was told by a dietician that it has a peculiar molecular structure that the human body can not fully break down so less of the starch is converted to glucose.
I always buy finest Indian basmati, usually a brand called Kohinoor (like the diamond) I buy it from Tesco, I'm sure other supermarkets will stock it though :thumbup:
