Type 2 Brown / white

The percentage of carbs (say 10g per 100g) is only relevant if you intend to eat 100g or more of the product. If you eat a lot less than 100g of the product, say a teaspoonful or similar, it will have very few carbs in it. That is how I get away with a small spoonful of HP sauce with my fry ups. ;)
