Bruising more often?

Seem to be bruising a lot more at the moment when injecting than usually? Any reasons maybe why?

I change my needles very regularly

Be sure to inject the insulin slowly, I always found this helped to prevent bruising and leakage from the injection site.

Sorry to hear about your increased bruising. I've been trialling Omnican needles which I was sneakily forced to change to by my GP. I have noticed a significant increase in bruising and a prickly sensation near my injection sites, something I hadn't experienced before.
