Just had a roast dinner - avoided too many potatoes but had about 10 sprouts thinking it would be ok.
Im having high readings 1hr after.
Could the sprouts be the culprits?

Did you eat potatoes?
The reading to take is 2 hours after starting to eat - but Brussels sprouts are about 5 percent carbs and potatoes are about 15.

I take readings at 1hr and 2hr

Doubtful that it was the sprouts as they are an above ground veggie. Have the same meal again but leave out all the potatoes and note the differences between readings of the first and second meals.
