Hi, I have been away but I am pleased to say that the LCHF diet is working a treat for me. Whats that? BS24?? Actually that is my wifes number from being diagnosed two months ago. Her blood meter average is now around 6.5. We put this down to my insightfulness thanks in part to this forum and its members. Also that she used a meter, without which she may well be floundering around in the dark. LCHF works. Thanks again.
