2hrs 6.7 too thick a slice of spelt and using up Mr E's milk as he's away instead of my lactofree

7.5 an hour after my normal breakfast
7.0 after 2 hours and before morning walk.

I am blaming emulsioning the kitchen. Too much exercise for a morning!

No post as taken myself off to bed early. Rain lashing against windows and home alone so bed with hot water bottle seems best option.

Must be the after effects of all that painting. I often find I'm lower later in the day if I've had a long walk or done some hard work in the afternoon, even if I'm up straight after it.
 
When does Mr Ethyl come home?

This evening. No doubt with a huge pile of muddy washing as today was an outward bounds experience. I stuck my head out of the door earlier to shout for the cat and that was enough outdoor experience for me today.
