I seems to have hit a brick wall with the weightloss... think I am at last going to have to start counting calories if I can. Was hoping that on a LCHF diet I wouldn't have to...but I have stayed the same for 3 weeks now
Nuts, cheese, butter all very high in calories. I do think for those of us who were/are very overweight some sort of calorie as well as carb restriction is needed initially. Eat freely is a dangerous phrase if you are used to huge amounts of carbs and then replace them with fat!!
