Didn't test lunch again as tried and tested items and I was out- including a dreaded visit to the job centre as I'm classed as un-employed now until my holiday centre opens again in February, I have three applications in currently and today have two more to do, I'm always looking ahead and at the bigger picture - determined to a fault too!!

I guess it depends if the bacon has been cured or not. My local farm shop does a couple of excellent bacons, one of which is cured in black molasses. It doesn't affect me at all, but others might differ? @Mike D

5.8 after lunch

Pleased with that especially as this is the first meal I've been able to keep in. Fingers crossed the food poise I got or whatever it was is gone.
 
5,2 before lunch and 5,3 after. Lunch was some tomato soup. No bread or croutons.

Errrrrr........ low fat yogurt is one thing, but mashed potato and battered cauli? Naughty boy.
I might have been a naughty boy last night but I've just pricked myself tonight and got a reading of 5.7. That's .1 lower than last night. This time I'm not having any carbs (that I know of) and lets see what my reading is in 2 1/2 hours..................watch this space
