Well done , a stone isn't a stone without a lb, and every one matters either way.
Do you push through or indulge the carb cravings?

Blue - do you have a slow burn infection or virus getting involved there, as most of your readings are elevate (for you) there?
Are you on a new batch of strips?
I'm really pleased too Kezzer, overall once I ditched the metformin I've been feeling great, really great, time will tell this week, I've had a zero carb day so far, and tea isn't loaded .Hi Bookmite, I can honestly say that I have no carb cravings at all now. I haven't really had any since about 3 weeks on the LCHF diet. Occasionally on a Friday or a Sunday I have some potatoes but no carb cravings following this either , although I do find the day after I seem to be hungry all day. So I would say, if you really want to go low carb - push through it - Its amazing how free you feel when your not constantly looking for food. I cant remember the last time I had chocolate (never thought I would hear myself say that!! lol)
Yes, they are slightly elevated. The fasting is trending upwards, which impacts on some of the rest as the day proceeds. My previous box of 10 tubs and my current box of 10 are the same batch number, and this is the first tub out of the current box. It's nearly empty now. As far as I'm aware I don't have an infection. I have a feeling it may be due to too much protein from cheese, as my weight maintenance diet with increased fats (mainly cheese and a small amount of cream) but no extra carbs coincided with this upward trend. Who knows!
I'm eating a few more carbs, without impact on my bloods. Indeed, my fasting seems down the tiniest notch. That's notwithstanding a couple of days for my body to deal with the enzyme lag.
How's the weight management Blue? I'm staying pretty much the same now. So glad to have stopped losing. I was beginning to look a bit gaunt in the faceFasting a huge 6.2

I know exactly what you mean. I never dreamed I would have problems putting weight on??I've been more or less the same weight for about a month, 2lbs down on the end of October's weight. No way can I afford to lose more. I am looking gaunt round my shoulders and collar bone area. I could do with adding a couple of pounds to be honest. I would never have believed I would ever be in a situation where I was actually trying to put weight on!
