Well after yesterday normal service has resumed
Breakfast, small bowl muesli with semi skimmed pre 6.4, 6.3 2hrs after
Lunch, bowl home made veg and chicken soup pre 6.3, 6.8 2hrs after
(had a cereal bar in between lunch and tea)
Tea, 4 crispbreads with corn beef, pre 6.2, 6.7 2 hrs after
Great numbers, but is that all you have eaten today? Do you normally eat so little? I would be starving hungry!
It was a little on the light side yesterday but I have plenty of on-board reserves that I can use
This morning has started well, I had some plain chocolate after I posted those figures last night and this mornings reading is 4.9
And tonight for the first time since I have been diagnosed with diabetes I will be drinking a little red wine, so something to look forward to
Edit, OK I have just done the 2hr later test, 7.8, what the hell...............
Yesterday was 6.4 and 6.3 after, I had exactly the same breakfast so what is going one????
6,3 - One hour after dinner of pork kebab, salad and a quarter of a pitta bread. First time I have had bread for a long while.4,4 before dinner, feeling a bit lightheaded but as I am about to eat not a problem.
Pavlos
I'm hoping to get to that sort of reading within the next week or so.4.5 before dinner
5.5 after dinner
