burst blood vessels

I hope someone on here can help and hopefully im worrying over nothing but this morning I noticed that on my feet I have burst blood vessels. I dont have any problems with my feet and have perfect feeling in them.
Has this happened to anyone else ive not bashed or hurt my feet in anyway?
