Type 2 butternut squash

Hi there, can anyone tell me if butternut squash is low carb looked at a mix with sweet potato in aldi and was quite high so I put it back! Weight seems to be at a stand still so don't want to make any mistakes.
 
I tried a similar mix from Tesco and found it too high for me...

These things are expensive so if I can't grow 'em I don't want 'em. Sweet potatoes are just that so I steer clear anyway (unlike the slugs that ate the ones on the allotment last year from the inside out). Butternut squash is versatile and easy to grow but I make sure I have plenty of fat with it. Caution is the watchword.
