Having a conversation with my son today (a recent convert to the low-carb lifestyle, almost three stones lighter and a coffee addict) I remembered something I saw on the telly-box on a cookery prog. Antonio Carluccio at home, in Italy, drinking his espresso with a knob of butter on top.
