I was on Metformin tablets then SR tablets but they did not agree with me at all. Have been on Byetta for the past month and this last week have felt awful on and off ie getting the jitters (side effect i know) and really bad blurred vision and faintness also I could scratch myself to death through itching. Tested my bloods and was shocked to see them up to 15! Went to my GP tonight and he said he thought it was more the condition rather than the drug. Surely the drug is supposed to stop the raised bloods or am I totally stupid. Has anyone else had problems with Byetta?</blockquote>
