My GP's nurse would like me to have Byetta so then I had to wait 5 weeks to see the community diabetic nurse at another surgery who agrees with her. However today I have found out that there will be an 18 week wait to see the consultant at the hospital and a further 12 weeks to get the Byetta. Glucophage is no longer doing it's job and the other drugs are just piling the weight on. I seem to spend my days feeling so hungry and desperate for food, it's awful.</p></blockquote><p></p>
