do hope you are keeping well.

just back from my check up at the Clinic and am well pleased. I have now lost a stone since January, my bp 110 over 65, blood glucose testing averaging 6.1 (testing daily), have had a couple of 3's so they have now dropped my Gliclazide to 1/2 per night which is great news.

thanks for all advice and tips - the Hotel Chocolat's were delicious.
