Cabin crew help ?

Hi all, I have been cabin crew for ten years. Am wondering if there are any cabin crew here who could help me? I was diagnosed in feb 2015. Became ill with ulcerative colitis which affected my pancreas causing me to be type 1 insulin dependant. Currently off sick as I am still under treatment for the colitis. Was wondering if there are any T1's who can help me?
