Calorie counting apps like Myfitnesspal

Hi, I downloaded myfitnesspal, and looked up leg of lamb (I buy a whole leg of lamb from the butcher and then pick on it for days). There are at least 20 entries, all with different calorific values, in Myfitness pal for leg of lamb. Then I downloaded Mynetdiary, and the only entries for leg of lamb specified that all the fat had to be trimmed off first... I know all sheep are different, but is it possible to find out how many calories there in lamb as a good guesstimate? Is there a better app?
