I can’t take metformin I am on dapagliflozin in the morning and max dose of gliclazide twice a day and BS still high in double figures what’s the next step

Depends.
What do you usually eat? Anything there to improve? Are you interested in changing your eating habits if it could help?
If you're on dapagliflozin and gliclazide, metformin isn't likely to make much of a difference so I wouldn't worry about that.
