Can anybody make head or tail of this?

Looked at this on Youtube..What do my friends on here think of this what Dr Berg is saying? I have Thyroid issues, and high sugar issues, so where do I fit in? lol Talk about confusing. Some on here will have other health issues also besides diabetes,so what should we not eat high fat Broccoli Kale etc?

I stopped reading when he started on about cholesterol. Sorry, but if you define a body type by an organ then you ignore the fact that the metabolism involves all the organs except the lungs. I am not convinced to say the least.
