Pocket Calorie Counter is the one i'm currently using. But i am looking forward to the carbs and cals ipod/iphone app being released.

*Edit - Just got an email from the carbs and cals people who said the iphone/ipod app is in it's final stages and will be here soon. Here's some more info on it.
