can i get some help

after three random blood glucose of 7.5, 9.2, and 9.5 (last two were about 2 hrs after breakfast). i was given a fasting blood glucose test which came back at 5. are these rbg not high for a non diabetic? and would drinking a bottle of wine the night before my fasting test affect the results?
when i 1st tried a blood monitor i had reading of 2.7 so had mixed meal test at hospital which didnt show hypoglycemia so doc decided not to send my bloods to the lab.
only time i took a reaction was when they injected me with glucose and my heart rate shot out the roof... slightly confused and worried that my high readings are going to affect my organs/eyes. AM I JUST PANICKING??
 
Hi and welcome,
try not to panic, you have to have higher readings for a long time before u start with complications, what is your dr doing next if anything
