I hope someone comes along that can help you better. DKA in type 2's is rare but can happen and I believe is more likely to occur when on certain medications. The only solve I know is lots of water and insulin and if it reaches any risky levels the hospital. It can be very dangerous so you have to be careful. There is also this that type 2's can get (rare still) and actually more dangerous so be very careful. Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic Nonketotic Coma HHNC https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK482142/ Since you don't feel good and you have higher ketones, I'm thinking you need to seek medical help before something happens. At least call for advice.
