Can I set the Preview button to always be visible?

Sometimes I see the Preview button and sometimes I have to first click on "Other options" (or something like that). Is there a way that I can have the Preview button always visible?

On the later versions of the XenForo forum software the Preview button it is always visible, on this older version of XenForo it aint unless you click on the More Options button...
