Good night
I apologize to you for the multitude of questions
Can I stop the liver discharge without medication ?

Because it is my main problem
I know this task is of the specialty of biguanides (metformin)

But is there a way without taking medicine ?

Canadian researchers say it is likely that fat is the main cause of pre-diabetes, which makes blood sugar levels rise because insulin can not work efficiently to stop sugar coming from the liver.

Why would you want to stop your body working as it is meant to ?

Seems a really strange thing to do.

Personally I want my body to work correctly for as long as possible.

I do not mean this but to dump the liver in a large amount this is not normal

You can help curb the amount your liver dumps by excluding all fructose from your diet. Remember the FBGs are often the last readings to fall.

Yes a month ago I did not use sweeteners

My liver can discharge about 2.5 to 3 mmol/l in 5 hours

Some people find that a little protein or even a little fat (such as cheese) before sleep makes a difference to fbg. It doesn't work for me but it may work for you.
I have a creamed coffee as soon as I can after waking to curb the liver dump effects.

If my FBG is a little high I eat a small piece of cheese to give my liver something else to do.

I think The real problem is not in liver discharge but you should control the highest level after meals to get a good result in Hba1c
Whenever you get a low level after meals and a very low level of fasting after six hours the result will be good

For this, meals should be divided into four meals, which should be taken every six hours and no more than 8mmol after one hour

In the last result Hba1c got a high score that varied with my expectations completely and did not know the reason
Today I only knew the reason because I relied on measurements after six hours and avoided the high measurements that would be after an hour
