I am type 2 diabetic. Can I take Turmeric?I have also have I.B.S. and have read that Turmeric helps......is this a fact!

It does help with anti I inflammatory problems and others....you can buy the tablets I believe from health food shops ....
I like to cook with it...

It is my main spice , when I make cabbage or spinach with coconut milk , I just add a teaspoon or two ....
