can insulin affect an unborn babys movements?

hi i am 31 weeks pregnant and i have just started taking insulin cause the tablets wasnt enough but since i have been taking the insulin my baby hasnt moved as much today i have only felt 1 movement i dont know if its just me but like i said she seemed to slow down when i started taking the insulin??

have you rung your midwife if not ring her first thing in the morning
