Can you be pre diabetic after being in diabetic range?

Dunno. Strange question.
I mean 4 years in. My last A1c was 5.9. I have no idea what to do with this. I'm Type 2.

I would continue doing the same things that have helped you achieve a 5.9% HbA1c
