Does anyone know if you can have an additional victoramy in the eye ? I had one last year and I'm just wondering what the specialist eye dr will suggest on Wednesday

Hi nicola, you have two days to go now. Can you write down the questions that you need answering, so you don't forget and also putting pen to paper may help your peace of mind ?
I do hope your appointment goes smoothly but try not to worry or get yourself anxious and stressed out ( it can be hard I know)
Take care RRB

Sorry I'm being a pain now aren't I , I will leave the forumn

No your not a pain and everyone understands that your worried and concerned, but RRB's suggestion about writing your questions down and showing it to the Ophthalmologist is a great idea, after all they are the best people to ask as we could only second guess what treatment plan they may offer.

you must never do that -- you are not a pain at all -- you must be worried sick -- there are loads of us hoping you do well at your appointment -- not everyone responds to every post ( too many - LOL )
just know you are being thought of :)

Hi Nicola

It's so worrying when something goes wrong with your eyes isn't it. I'm not an expert but I don't see why someone couldn't have more than one vitrectomy on an eye, if they are doing the operation to remove the new blood vessels then it would make sense that they may need to do this more than once.

Good luck hope it turns out ok for you
