Do we have a dietician here or maybe you know where I can seek help? My stats are male, mid-thirties, 120kg, 175cm, above 40% fat (maybe 45-50%), sedentary lifestyle. I need to lose 45kg.

I bought some meals with meat and veggies, 50g protein, 15g carbs, 15g fat. I added some mayo/cream myself.

However, after 1-2h I was hungry again.

Can you help me make a diet plan to suit me? Is there a service (free or reasonable cost) to give me advice?

thanks!

The dietdoctor program says what to eat, but not how much exactly, how often etc! I need a bespoke plan, is there any help for that?

Use the list of foods in Diet Doctor. Decide how many carbs you want to eat in a day and stick to that amount, eat a normal amount of protein, and fill up with vegetables and fats. You can eat as many low carb veggies and fat as you like.
Eat at your normal meal times (2 or 3 meals a day is normal) and try not to snack between meals.

None of us are the same, for if we were, similar plans would apply. Way too many variables re weight, type, exercise, tolerances, testing and a LOT of other factors. Same as life, but they are the facts, sad to say

If you want a diet tailor made for you, you will need to go to a dietitian who are not cheap to visit.

Isn't there an NHS funded or anyone cheap?

@carbolysis as you mention your weight, and need to lose 45kg, it is likely that your GP would refer you to NHS dietician. Just ask.
Be aware, you may not like what the dietician recommends.

My husband and I bought plastic containers from Amazon which are perfect for portion control. You get ones which are divided into 2 and 3 different sections.

The ones with 2 sections are what I use for lunch, one section for veg and the other for meat.

I do not notice a difference but hubby has said my weight has gone down a bit already and only been using them a couple of weeks.

I also have tiny bags that I use for apple slices and grapes for if I get hungry between meals (that is VERY rare though)

To complement the low carb dietary links and suggestions already given to you, try a low carb nutritional calculator - e.g. http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/DietMakeupCalc.php - for a guide to the quantities/proportions of carbs, protein, fats to eat for your particular requirements. Then use your meter, scales and stomach to tell you if you're got the balance right or if you may need to refine things!

If you want bespoke and free, DIY is the best way to go and the best advice we can probably offer, as we're all different so can't ever predict what will be best for you...
