Hi everyone. I saw some posts from several years back where posters said they had helped lower bg using karela(bitter gourd) tablets. Has anyone had experience of taking these tablets recently for Type 2? Is it safe to take if you are using Metformin already? Would anyone recommend using it if you are on holiday and know that it will be very hard to get low carb food? Sorry if that is a strange question, but I just want to know if anyone has found karela helpful and in what way.
