Can you tell when your number is high?

It depends how high I am but it starts off with feeling restless but tired at the same time when I get around 9, then I get thirsty and my shoulder/neck muscles start to ache and then increased need to go to the bathroom. If it's quite high I'm very agitated and extremely tired. I hate being high.

Unless my level is into the 30s I can't tell at all.
