HI ALL WE HAVE BEEN USING CANDEREL FOR MY CEREALS AND COOKING SINCE BEEN DIAGNOSED IN DECEMBER LAST YEAR . WE HAVE FOUND A USE FOR THE EMPTY JARS AS THE HAVE A SPOUT FOR POURING AND A HOLEY PART FOR SHAKING IT ON . THE WIFE IS WASHING THE EMPTY ONE OUT AND FILL IT WITH FLOUR WHAT A NICE FLOUR SHAKER, AND CONTAINER AS THE SPOUTY PART WELL IF EASY FOR SMALL GRAINS MUST BE EASY FOR FLOUR POURING, AND YES THE CANDEREL JAR INFO PEELS OFF RECYCLE . SO IF YOU DO NOT USE CANDEREL BUT HAVER A DIABETIC FRIEND THAT USES IT ASK FOR THE EMPTY JAR WHEN YOU GET IT THEN TELL THEM WHAT IT CAN BE USED FOR

Good idea on the Candarel jars. I use the Stevia Candarel and hadn't thought of that.
I don't eat cereals though, so I only use it in coffee
