Cannot get my numbers down - ketones a bit high

Sitting here at 18.6, woke when it went past 20 a couple of hours ago. Am hybrid loop with Omnipod and Dexcom G6.
First keytone test was 1.5, then 2.3 half an hour later. Rang 111 and they are paging out of hours GP, but that was 1hr ago. Keytones at 2.0 30mins ago.

Have changed pod and it gave me another 2.75 units but bloods still at 18.6 and are even drifting up at times.
 
Drink lots of fluids which will help you to pee they keytones out. If keytones blood +3 get yourself straight upto a&e.

Not allowed unfortunately to give dosage advice, however has your DSN/Endo not given you advice on insulin dose for high keytones? If not would ask for that

Lots of sugar free fluids will help especially plain water

Ps I presume you do have fallback in way of injections should pod fail and given clear guidance. If you don't get. As pod user you still require a backup incase if complications surrounding the pod.
