Hi. I have an account and I'm able to start threads, but when I try to comment on it or reply to a comment I'm told I can't because of inappropriate content etc. I've tried to do this multiple times. I tried to do it through the website, but when I try to log in it doesn't recognize my email address as being a valid account. I'm not hearing back from the administrator, so thought I would post here.

I hear yah... First off it's an issue with some members with using the forum app, which is being worked on by IT "boffins."

Secondly; try using your device browser for now.
Log in using device browser, & you should be able to reply to the threads you started..

@Jaylee - Thanks for tagging me.

Oldsie - There is a known issue with the forum app at the moment, affecting a very small percentage of app users who can't reply to threads. As Jaylee says, the techies are working with the developers to resolve this. The workaround is usually to log in via your browser on your phone/tablet, but you're having issue with that too. I feel your pain!

When you try logging into the site, what is the web address you use. There are several places with log in options. Could you please try logging on from : http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/

If you have issues, could you try logging in with each of your email and your user name, and let me know what happens.

Acknowledging that you may have issues replying to this thread, feel free to PM me, or alternatively you could email [email protected] . I monitor that email inbox.

Thank you. I used the link you sent me, and I was able log in with just the user name. I tried doing that on another login page, but that didn't work either.
Thanks again for your help. Hopefully they will get this problem fixed soon.

To clarify, you are able to log in, using your user name (as opposed to email address) and post a reply using the http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/ link, but not from elsewhere?

As you can imagine feedback is key on these matters.
