Can't sleep - blood sugar too high

It's like 15.7 and I can't sleep. Fidgeting like a donkey :crazy:

I thought I was the only one who twitched when they run too high. Pins and needles too..
Try drinking lots of water? X

Try not to get too hot! Cool floors or even walls help me - get twitchy feet and cramps! Try running cold water on wrists and ankles x
