Yeah I was planning on calling them tomorrow. Luckily I'm getting them on the NHS so it's not my loss at least. Thanks for the helpI’d call your Abbot customer care service. I’ve always found them to be helpful. Sensors are too expensive not to get the full use from one, much less two. Good luck with it.
Have you tried reloading app and checking all settings.I've had my new phone for a couple of months now and it's worked fine (a bit slow but it's always worked). Tried starting up my new sensor last night but it didn't work. So tried again just now with a new one, and this hasn't worked either. The only thing I think it could possibly be is that my last sensor was started with my reader, but the older ones weren't? Anyone else got any ideas?
Sorry bit obvious I know but check all connection setttings ie Bluetooth etc check your phones drive is not too full if still not working uninstall and reinstall, then it's contact support as previously mentioned.I've had my new phone for a couple of months now and it's worked fine (a bit slow but it's always worked). Maybe try holding the phone against the sensor for a minute or so (maybe longer). Don't forget it has to calibrate before it works and allow an hour for that to happen.
Thanks for the help guys. I'm guessing you didn't see my update above saying that they've taken my phone off the compatible devices list. Thanks anyway thoughSorry bit obvious I know but check all connection setttings ie Bluetooth etc check your phones drive is not too full if still not working uninstall and reinstall, then it's contact support as previously mentioned.
Hope that helps.
Hi,For anyone interested, I rang the support team today and they've basically updated the app without letting people know, and now some phones are no longer compatible. Unfortunately mine is one of them. So not sure what I'm going to do, as I don't think using my reader is feasible in the long term, but hopefully I can figure something out. Wish they'd contacted the people effected beforehand though. I also feel like they've now made it less accessible for people with a lower phone budget, as most (if not all) of the compatible devices are the more expensive phones
(Oh and they're sending me 2 replacement sensors for the ones that have now been wasted)

My last update officially was then. But they said that something had changed or updated not sure what. But it was in the last 3 weeks maybe less (I used my reader for the last sensor so anywhere between 1-3 weeks agoHi,
When did you start having issues? I just checked my my librelink app & the app site. The last update build was 15th of November 22.
The “upgrade” seemed to allow for BT integration with the Novopen echo plus?
I know my phone isn’t on the “compatible list” I can’t say I’ve had any issue starting of scanning sensors.
It's so annoying that they've done this, especially with no warning. Especially at this time of year, as loads of people will have got new phones in the christmas sales or as a presentThis happening me too. I ended up having to get a new phone as my old phone was no longer supported by Libre 2 even though my old phone was listed compatible.
Libre 2 works fine now on my new B phone but it was an exercise
I believe there was possibly an Android update around then? (Another security patch?) But the new build date for the Librelink app was 15/11/22.My last update officially was then. That’s what got me - the fact that there was no warning or VP notice - it just stopped reading - a bit dangerous for some of who rely on the readings to keep ourselves safe. It's so annoying that they've done this, especially with no warning.
