Hello. what is normal range of capillary blood sugar after two hours of eating? is there any difference in capillary blood sugar and venous blood sugar values after two hours of eating?

if a normal person takes one bowl of white rice then after two hours of eating capillary blood sugar should b in normal range or it will take some time to b in normal range?
